Below is some information on the different telephone services available…

NBN Voice

NBN (National Broadband Network) Voice – The nbn™ network is one of the most advanced technology projects in Australian history –as the nbn™ is rolled out some changes are required, the current traditional Telephone line (PSTN) will cease to work and be replaced by the  nbn™ voice.

VoIP (Voice Over IP) /SIP

VoIP (Voice over IP) – This new technology opens up many new opportunities to enhance functionality and to save money. So instead of paying for costly Analogue or ISDN services from the Big Telco’s, we can offer a cost effective alternative, a Voice over IP service with just as good quality, with a solution for redundancy, voice mail to e-mail conferencing all at only a fraction of the price.

Traditional Fixed Telephone Line  PSTN

PSTN Traditional Fixed Telephone Line – This is the old traditional fixed line, we can offer this service too. By doing an assessment on your current service we can see where there are possible reductions to be had. We will definitely be able to reduce the monthly line rental charges and outgoing call charges.

ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) Services

ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) Services – Although this is a digital service this to is quite dated, and where possible we recommend to replace this with a VoIP service. In situations where it is not recommended to replace the ISDN service we can also offer ISDN. As above by doing an assessment on your current service we can see where there are possible reductions to be had and we will definitely be able to reduce the monthly line and outgoing call charges.

Multi Line Services

Multi Line Services – this service is like ISDN and  is a digital service and like ISDN it is also quite dated, and where possible we recommend to replace this with a VoIP service. In situations where it is not recommended to replace the Multi Line  service we can also offer this service. As above by doing an assessment on your current service we
